    SLC LandCo

    LandCo is an operation created by SLC Agrícola with the strategy of monetizing part of the property gain that has been obtained over the 30 years of land acquisition in the region of Cerrado, also aiming to raise capital to continue the acquisition process of land with high growth potential. In the general lines of business, SLC LandCo is responsible for disbursement related to: land acquisition, opening and area clearance, applying correctives (potassium chloride, phosphorus, and limestone) and the construction of infrastructure.





    SLC - Roncador / Pioneira Farm

    As in the case of the joint venture with the Soares Penido Group, this joint venture is directed only to agricultural production (without investment in land). This is a highly strategic partnership, because it is a partnership with one of Japan’s largest business groups, Mitsui&Co.

    General outline of the Business:

    • The Dois Vales group offers 20,000 hectares in the municipality of Querência (MT)

    • The joint venture operates the land and pays leases to the Dois Vales Group

    • Profits and investments are divided in to the ratio of 50% for each party

    • Period of 15 years

    • SLC Agrícola receives remuneration for the management of this operation

    • Planted Area 2015/16: 25,000 ha (5,000 / 2nd harvest)

    • Planted Area 2016/17: 30,000 ha (10,000 / 2nd harvest).






    SLC - MIT

    As in the case of the joint venture with the Soares Penido Group, this joint venture is directed only to agricultural production (without investment in land). This is a highly strategic partnership, because it is a partnership with one of Japan’s largest business groups, Mitsui&Co.

    General outline of the Business:

    • SLC-Mit lease 21,898 hectares in the municipality of São Desidério (BA) owned by Mitsui & CO.Ltd., and 16,213 hectares in the municipality of Porto dos Gaúchos (MT) belonging to SLC Agrícola S.A

    • The joint venture operates the land and pays leases to the owner of the land

    • Profits and investment are divided proportionally

    • Period of 99 years

    • SLC Agrícola receives remuneration for the management of this operation.
